It has been said that nothing ages as poorly as bad news. When you are dealing with bad news, implement damage control as follows: Tell the truth. Tell it first. Tell it all. Tell it fast. Tell it to the people who matter most.
Strive for excellence! We need to keep moving forward and keep executing. We often do challenging work, making us valuable to our clients. Rarely is an obstacle truly a roadblock. When you find an issue that will stand in the way of executing your duties, you must communicate with your team so that we can work together to find alternate solutions. We can work together through these obstacles as a team and continue executing our objectives.
