Lewisville, TX — The City of Lewisville is taking another step in its commitment to innovation and community service, selecting SpryPoint as its partner to modernize water utility operations and elevate the customer experience for more than 32,000 utility customers.
Fresh off celebrating its 100th anniversary, Lewisville continues to invest in forward-looking infrastructure and technology that support the city’s growth while preserving the service values that define its community. The partnership with SpryPoint introduces a modern, cloud-native platform that unifies billing, customer care, field service, and operational systems, processes, and data into a single integrated environment for both city staff and residents.
The modernization initiative supports the City’s long-term strategic planning, including its Lewisville 2025 vision plan and the development of its next decade-long plan, Lewisville 2035 vision plan, ensuring the utility is equipped with the systems, insights, and tools needed to support its growing community.

The SpryPoint platform will replace legacy billing and customer service systems with a modern, integrated solution designed specifically for public utilities. The new system will provide Lewisville staff with enhanced operational visibility, reporting, and analytics to support faster, more informed decision-making across customer service, billing, and field operations.
For residents, the system, once fully implemented, introduces new digital tools that make it easier to manage their water utility accounts. A secure, self-service customer portal will provide 24/7 access to financial account, payment, and billing information.
As part of the implementation, Lewisville will deploy multiple SpryPoint solutions in a single system, including:
- SpryCIS – Modern Customer Information System for billing and customer management
- SpryIDM – Interval Data Management for enhanced consumption insights and analytics
- SpryMobile – Field Service management to support premise-centric field operations and staff productivity
Lewisville joins a growing number of Texas utilities partnering with SpryPoint to modernize operations and enhance customer service, including the cities of Waco, Plano, and Grand Prairie, as well as other municipal utilities across the region.
