City of Gainesville Department of Water Resources Partners With SpryPoint to Modernize Utility Customer Service and Operations

Gainesville, GA: The City of Gainesville Department of Water Resources (DWR) has selected SpryPoint to implement a modern Customer Information System (CIS) and self-service customer portal to better serve its more than 60,000 water customers. This upgrade will create a single portal for its customers and staff, enhancing access to customer account data, streamlining internal operations, and continuing to drive value from the city’s investment in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).

The new platforms will replace legacy systems that have been in place since 2006, providing a more intuitive and responsive experience for both customers and staff.

  • SpryIDM – Interval data management to inform and engage customers with advanced usage insights.
  • SpryMobile MFS – A field service tool that connects back-office systems to field teams.
  • SpryBackflow – A centralized platform for managing equipment compliance and testing.
